How do i take care of baby fries?

Yesterday my platy fish gave birth to baby fries. Now i have got 20 of these fries in a different bowl. How do i take care of my fries? When will they be fully grown? I have been feeding my fries powdered adult flakes, will tha be ok? Give suggestions..
